Our Value Proposition

We provide advice at a caliber similar to what you would receive at major law firms. However as we are a boutique law office, we do not carry the same overhead and are able to provide favourable rates.

Our principal has had extensive professional experience in private practice, as a senior executive, and as an investor and entrepreneur. As a result, we understand the business and financial considerations of our clients, and tailor our advice to address the non-legal considerations as well.

We have an extensive network of professional contacts. Where a matter may require legal and non-legal expertise outside of our areas of practice, we are able to bring you the expertise you need quickly and efficiently.

While we normally charge on an hourly basis, we are flexible to discussing alternative billing arrangements when appropriate. Even when we bill hourly, we will generally provide a fee estimate when possible, and will work to keep within our estimate.
